As you help care for someone else, request patient portal access by filling out the information below. Amber Specialty Pharmacy will contact you shortly to help with the account creation. Once you have an account you will be able to quickly refill prescriptions.

What happens when a child turns 18 years of age?

The registered account owner will receive an email prior to the child turning 18 years old.
The registered account owner can then add the 18 year old as an adult if they still want to manage their prescriptions.
